Kenneth Ross Dreyfuss was born on November 12, 1952 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree (American civilization major) from George Washington University in 1974. He obtained his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1978. Between 1978 and 1980 he traded commodities futures contracts on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange and served on its by-laws committee. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979.

Mr. Dreyfuss moved to Miami in 1980 and began working for Broad and Cassel in their Bay Harbor Islands office as a real estate associate. Mr. Dreyfuss practiced on his own from 1982 until 1994, specializing in complex commercial, cable television and real estate transactions. In 1986, he formed Kenneth R. Dreyfuss, P.A., which became Of Counsel to Silver & Garvett, P.A. in Coconut Grove in 1994. Mr. Dreyfuss joined what is now Fieldstone, Lester, Shear & Denberg, LLP, in 1997.

Mr. Dreyfuss heads the firm’s residential real estate closing department and practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, corporate and condominium law. Mr. Dreyfuss speaks conversational Spanish.
